Beginner Reformer Package
The Beginner Reformer Package is the place to start your strength and conditioning Pilates Reformer journey.
We begin at the foundation of the Method, Reformer Level 1 exercises, ensuring that a correct understanding of the purpose for each exercise is established.
Reformer Level 2 is a slight progression from Level 1. By following these levels systematically you will build your strength and flexibility in a steady way that is safe and effective.

Beginner/Intermediate Reformer Package
The Beginner/Intermediate Reformer Package exercises start to challenge endurance more and start to incorporate some very cool and creative exercises.
Reformer Level 3 exercises are more challenging than the previous levels by incorporating elements like pelvic stability and ‘longer lever’ exercises which test our core strength.
Reformer Level 4 is hard but totally do-able if you have worked your way up through the levels.
You will really feel the strength and body conditioning benefits of this package. You will feel strong and stretched at the end of your workouts yet energised and centred.

Intermediate Reformer Package
The Intermediate Reformer Package is challenging, fun, strengthening with a little bit of choreography infused.
We build on the strength and mobility from the previous levels incorporating some challenging weight bearing exercises with the hands-on-the-bar.
Intermediate exercises are for those who have a regular practice of at least twice a week and have been committed to doing so for a number of years.
